NEW ZEALAND: $15.00 (Includes proof of postage & tracking, delivery 2-5 business days for parcels under 2kg)

Please note that shipping delays are annoying but they are out of Parties Made Pretty’s control

Returns & Exchanges

Please choose carefully before you buy, we do not offer refund on change of mind. Any shipping issues will go through an insurance process and outcome on case by case basis.

We state our turn around timeframe on the website, its helpful to please let us know the date of your party to ensure goods will arrive on time. In cases of the store being 'ON HOLIDAY' Parties Made Pretty will advise the shipping date in two places on the website + a follow up email. It is your responsibly to get in touch if this timeframe isn't suitable.. or else your order will be sent on stated return dates. No refunds will be given for not following the information given.  

We try to extra take care with all of our items when in the warehouse and when packing your order. How ever on the very rare occasion that there is an issue with your order please contact us within 5 days for directions on how to return your item for a replacement. If for whatever reason Parties Made Pretty can't replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

PLEASE NOTE: Postage fees will apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 5 working days from the date we receive the faulty product.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

Your full name and order number
Reason why you are returning the product and action you would like taken
Any Photos (if applicable)

TAKE NOTE: Balloons are Balloons and can be fragile. We use the highest quality latex balloon available from our trusted suppliers, however please take care when filling as we do not offer refunds on balloons.

We will repair, replace or refund items that are considered faulty, according to Australian consumer law.

What if we are out of stock?

Obviously it is our goal is to keep all items in stock but sometimes items will run low or be discontinued or out of stock with suppliers etc If an item is listed as -out of stock usually this item will be restocked, unless otherwise expressed by Parties Made Pretty.
